By enrolling in any class or service offered through ISA Brazil, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all students participating in private or group lessons.

1. Class Attendance & Scheduling
   📅 Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons and arrive on time.
   It is the student’s responsibility to respect agreed class times and dates.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   ❌ If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify your teacher at least 24 hours in advance.
   Late cancellations or missed classes will not be eligible for a makeup session or refund.
3. Payment Terms
   💳 All lessons must be paid in advance to confirm your spot and access class benefits.
   No classes will be held without prior payment.
4. Refund Policy
   🚫 No refunds will be provided once the classes have started, regardless of whether you continue attending.
   Withdrawals after classes begin do not qualify for partial or full refunds.
5. Group Lessons
   Classes with multiple participants will begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of individual attendance. No additional time or rescheduling will be offered for late arrivals or absences.
6. Teacher Absences
   In the rare event your teacher must cancel a class, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a class credit. We do our best to avoid disruptions and maintain consistency.
7. Code of Conduct
   All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate lessons with students who engage in inappropriate behavior, without refund.
8. Media Release & Consent
   By enrolling in and/or participating in any class, program, or service offered by ISA Brazil, you hereby grant ISA Brazil, its affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and/or image in any media format, including but not limited to audio recordings, video recordings, and still photography (collectively, “Recordings”).

You acknowledge and agree that ISA Brazil shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, and otherwise exploit such Recordings, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, and/or commercial purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice to you and without any compensation.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any derivative works incorporating the Recordings. You further release and discharge ISA Brazil from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Recordings, including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misappropriation.

This consent and release shall be binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and shall remain in full force and effect unless revoked in writing and acknowledged in writing by ISA Brazil.

9. Modifications
   ISA Brazil reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
